IMPREGNATION

Alpha cellulose based decorative papers with 60-110 gr/m² weight and absorbic quality imported from abroad are dried at ovens at appropriate temperatures after they were penetrated with Urea Formaldehyde and Melamine Formaldehyde Resins, they are cooled until they reach an appropriate temperature, cut in desired sizes, stocked up and stored on the shelves in suitable conditions as they are ready to be used as coating material.
In the impregnation line 21,168,000 m² of impregnated paper is produced annually.

COATING (LAMINATION)

Impregnated decorative papers are laid in the order of the production program on the upper and lower surfaces of the sanded MDF plates under appropriate temperature and pressure and then the coating process is carried out. After the quality control is done, plates that were cooled down to an appropriate temperature are packaged and stored in the warehouses until transportation.
In our coating facility, annual 10,584,000 m² produce is obtained in 20 different colors and patterns, with 2100×2800 and 1800×3660 mm dimensions, between 8 mm and 30 mm thickness, and with 3 different surfaces named Alutex, High Gloss and Plain.
